Our app helps you increase your physical fitness, monitor cardiac symptoms and better communicate with your heath care provider to improve health and reduce the risk of future heart problems, including heart attacks. It also integrates seamlessly with your favorite wearables and connected devices through a HealthKit integration.
After speaking with your health care provider, youll receive an e-mail invitation to participate in Movn Rehab. This invitation has both your hospital code and user information, which youll need to register.
After receiving your invitation, getting started with Movn Rehab is simple, involving only a few quick steps:
1) Download and install Movn Rehab from the App Store
2) Enter your hospital code
3) Enter your user information
And thats it!
From that point forward, you can see the goals for your customized exercise plan, log your activity for your physician visits, learn more about your condition, communicate directly with your health care provider, and more!
